Hi, My name is David Province. I'm following in my father-in-law, Clayton Helms, footsteps as the premier asphalt paving contractor in Maynardville. Clayton proudly served as the Union County Road Superintendent for almost 30 years. He took the time to train and prepare me for his eventual retirement. It is my honor to serve customers and carry on the Helms Paving, LLC name with the knowledge he has helped equip me with.
